Q. How can I get pricing details?

As we sell our product range worldwide, it is impractical to publish all prices. Therefore please go to the ‘CONTACTS' page of this site & submit a request. Your quotation will be sent without delay.

Q. What sort of artwork files can be used?

The best format for artwork is an EPS file but there are options. For full details please refer to the ‘ORDER GUIDE' download below.

Q. What can I print on the product?

All products can be totally customised to your own specifications, with a wide variety of material colours and print options. For full details please refer to the ‘ORDER GUIDE' download below.

Q. How fast can I get my order?

We have a list of standard delivery times on the downloadable ORDER GUIDE below. However, if you need delivery even sooner, please submit an enquiry via the ‘CONTACTS' page of this site and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Q. How should I send my artwork files?

If your artwork files are under 8Mb they can be safely sent by email. Should they be larger, then these can be quickly & easily uploaded to our FTP site.

Q. What are the payment terms and how do I pay?

All orders should be accompanied with payment, at time of ordering please. You can pay by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. For full details please refer to the ‘ORDER GUIDE' download below.

Q. Will I be hit with any additional costs?

No! All of our prices are fully inclusive of two colour printing, material choice, technical expenses and even express, (duty paid), delivery to your door! You will only be charged extra for upgrading from our standard 2 colour print package.

Q. Must I use the official Fling Order Form?

Yes please! We require the actual excel Order Form, (download available below), before we can start processes your order. This form is sent on to our factory and your order is produced from the information you have supplied within. So please double check your details prior to submitting the Order Form by email.
